We have a unique program to adapt the curriculum of any academic course to the monumental space visited, from primary to university level, or special groups.

We´ll be in direct contact with teachers or group responsible to adapt the educational project to the route. All our guides are accredited by the Andalusian Goverment and have the Teaching Certificate (CAP), issued by the University of Seville.

To improve the visit, we recommend that groups not exceeding 30 people, inviting interactivity to students.

In most of the monuments of Seville gratuities or discounts are applied to schools, we´ll provide you the information to get them.

It is proposed that, in groups, students prepare, to expose the day of the visit briefly, a topic of everyday life of the Roman Empire, which we may designate.
After a bus ride of about 20 minutes, we reached our destination.
In the “Ruta de la Plata”, the route linking the north and south of Spain and used by Tiberius, Trajan and Hadrian, we find the first Roman city founded in the Iberian Peninsula
It offers a wealthy Italica Roman building that we can not lose: the amphitheater, the baths, the wall, the drainage system, houses. Strolling Italica we realize the Roman origin of many Andalusian towns, discover the art of mosaic, understand their religion, politics, daily life, buildings, weapons, entertainment ... and the important economic roles of Roman Andalusia and the time of greatest splendour of the Roman city: during the reign of Hadrian.

It is proposed that in groups, students prepare to expose the day of the visit briefly, a mythological episode related to the museum, which we may designate.
The Archaeological Museum of Seville is one of the jewels of the city museums. It is located in the Plaza de America in Seville, in the plateresque pavilion at Expo 29. The importance of their works, their quality and quantity, make this museum to be among the first of the Spanish legacy. Its visit is important to know the origins of this area, from its prehistoric beginnings, whose remains will lie in chronological order. In this historical review of Andalusia, we will see an exact reproduction of the most important finding of the Museum, the Treasury Carambolo, a piece key of the mythical kingdom of Tartessos. The Roman period is well reflected by the presence of large size of colossal sculptures and almost human of gods and emperors, of different mosaics, imperial portraits, epigraphy, trade, pottery, funeral, etc.. They are elements from different points of Roman Andalusia, stressing however the originals of Italica, the birthplace of Trajan. We are interested in contrasting the life of the period with contemporary life, drawing attention to common things between the two periods. It is, at the same time, a good opportunity to learn the fun and anecdotal live of the various gods of roman mythology. The visit continues with medieval collections, highlighting the early Christian pieces, Visigoth and Caliphate.

Can be complemented with a visit to the cathedral
It is proposed that and in groups, students prepare to expose the day of the visit briefly, the story of a King who has lived in the palace, which we may designate.
Visiting the Royal Palace, Human Heritage, is an interesting offer to students, since, in one hand, provides an overview of the history of the city from the s. X, but otherwise shows its architectural evolution, providing the difference between the most common styles of Seville: Almohad, Mudejar, Gothic and Renaissance architecture.
Besides, the palace presents a major literary tour: Apart from the royal residence of Spanish kings, it has played a prominent role in the literature of our country. The poet-king Al-Mutamid, scientific and literary, court of Alfonso X the Wise, the mythical kingdom of Pedro I, harmony between cultures, where stands the figure of Ibn Jaldun, the Renaissance period with Garcilaso de la Vega, which coincides with many other writers for the wedding of Charles V, Pablo de Olavide in the eighteenth century, the influence of Montpensier ... We will all energizing through stories and legends adapted to the knowledge and level of the boys.
The gardens of the Alcazar is one of the most important green areas of Seville, for its high educational and botanical garden. We will tour drawing attention to the different styles of them, and have the opportunity to distinguish some of the plants that there grow.

 

 

Visit the Cathedral of Seville:

It is proposed that pre-test and in groups, students prepare to expose the day of the visit briefly, the life of a prominent saint in the cathedral, which we may designate.
A complement to the study of art and history is a visit to the Cathedral of Seville. It is a good opportunity to improve the skills of attention and observation of students, since the Cathedral is the second museum of Fine Arts in the city.
We´ll introduce the history of Seville when the cathedral was built, and encourage students to discover the characteristics of the Gothic style, evident in this cathedral, not in vain is the world's largest Gothic cathedral.
We´ll show the different architectural contributions that has the cathedral as a result of 500 years of age. As a result of centuries of history, today we can enjoy a National Monument, declared a World Heritage Site in 1987.
Not to be lost the main altarpiece, the painting of the vision of S. Antonio Murillo, the tomb of Columbus, the Christ of Clemency, and the sacristy.
And forced to climb the Giralda, of course, the tower surmounted by a weathervane; from the top, the best view of Seville.

A stroll through the Art and Architecture (Museum of Fine Arts, Historic Downtown Sierpes:
Duration 2 hours approx.

There are complementary tour of the historic city center
It is proposed that in groups, students prepare to expose the day of the visit briefly, the subject of a painting featured in the museum, which we may designate.
It is advisable to visit the historic and artistic knowledge of Seville and Andalusia.
This is the second Spanish gallery with large pictorial jewels, very important in the art history, to which students may use various aspects learned in different subjects like History, Art, Drawing, etc..
We will make a tour of the majestic building by showing students the evolution of painting, from the most ancient works which owns the museum, the s. XV, through the most important artistic school of Seville, in the s. XVII, most notably, Zurbaran and Murillo, up to the painting of manners of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.
