PANORAMIC TOUR.

A panoramic tour, it´s perfect for a first contact with the city. During the tour will appear such monumental buildings as the Palacio de San Telmo (first school for navigators in Europe), the pavillion of Uruguay, Chile, the USA, Argentina, Morocco, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil ... (all belonging to the Ibero-American Exhibition 1929). We will stop for a while at the American Square, in order to admire its three diferent pavilions, and in the Spanish square, the spanish pavilion during the Exhibition. We will continuing with the bus by reaching some other highlights of Seville such as the Golden Tower, the Bullring, the Triana district, the Bridge of Isabel II, the old fish market, the Expo 1992 area with all its new builldings, the Macarena´s church, where the Virgin “guapa” of Seville is hold. Afterwards, the Murillo´s Gardens, where we will get off the bus to start the walking tour of Santa Cruz (the former Jewish quarter), with its tiny streets, its little squares and nice iron fences windows. We will finish the tour in the Triunfo´s square, which is just a stone throw from the Cathedral and the Royal Palace (Alcazar).

CLASSICAL TOUR

This tour includes the panoramic tour with the Ibero-American Exhibition, its pavilions and the Spanish Square, where we will stop to admire the benches representing different spanish provinces.
Afterwards, by walking the Seville's Jewish Quarter, stroll through its narrow streets and squares where it was instead the medina of Seville, later transformed into Jewish quarter. Everywhere we will enjoy its typical houses with great “patios” (courtyards), fountains, ceramis tiles.
The last point of our visit will be the Cathedral, of gothic style abd colossal proportions, it was built on the grounds of the former main mosque and contains the world´s largest altarpiece and the tomb of Christopher Columbus, and considered to be one of the best pinacothec of Spain with works of the most prestigious artists in different periods: Zurbaran, Murillo, Goya ... It´s a nice idea to climb up the Giralda´s tower, the previous minaret fro the mosque, and one of the finest examples of Almohad architecture in Spain, nowadays the bell tower of the Cathedral.

BARROQUE TOUR.

This tour is focused in the Arenal area of Sevilla, the ancient pier. Our first stop is the considered "jewel of the Andalusian Baroque", the Charity Hospital, with an iconographic program that will not leave us indifferent. Then visit the Royal Shipyards of Seville dating from the Xth century, with its pointed arches in gothic style. Afterwards and in order to understand a little bit better the National Festivity, the bullfighting, we will embarke on the Plaza de Toros, the Bullring Arena, with its museum. Finally, we will stroll through Plaza Nueva, Calle Sierpes, O'Donnell until the Salvador square, a meeting point of Seville at noon. After a brief pause at last we´ll visit what it was the second largest mosque in Seville, which became the Collegiate of el Salvador, where some of the floats that aprticipate in our Holly Week are kept.

BULLRING ARENA AND TRIANA

In this tour we will see the most taurine Seville. We begin with a visit to the Royal Maestranza, the Plaza de Toros in Seville, is one of the oldest arenas of Spain and the first in a circular (oval) form. There will discover many secrets of the art of bullfighting and its origins in the Museo Taurino. Then we´ll cross the Puente de Triana, the oldest in the city to move into the district of Triana, the "other Seville" with its nice interior courtyards, alleys, its markets and the many pottery workshops. Don´t miss the market and the San George´s casstle, converted in a museum related to the Inquisition. | Up
SEVILLE AND ITS ART

We can not forget that the Museum of Fine Arts in Seville is considered the most important art museum in Andalusia, and the second largest in Spain, at least regarding to paintings by local authors. Nothing like this museum to learn more about the great Spanish Baroque painters: Murillo, Zurbarán, Valdés Leal. Takes almost two hours to cover the fourteen rooms, in what will be a walk in the art and history of Seville. What follows is a short walk through downtown Seville: Sierpes, O'Donnell, Campana, to arrive at the School of Fine Arts, whose main pioneer was none Murillo.

We still have 17 cloistered convents, it is the hidden Seville, unknown to most people but that enriches the city with its artistic heritage. On our way we´ll visit three of these monasteries, enjoy the peace of its cloisters, the hospitality of its inhabitants, the art of their churches, and of course, the sweets the nuns make. Without any single doubt, talking about flamenco is talking about Seville. This tour will begin in the Seville flamenco place per excellence, the Barrio de Triana, where practically from every house escapes the sighs of the guitars. This tour is ideal for the afternoon, when flamenco academies are at their peak, and open their doors to the street to alleviate the heat inside the classroom. Arterwars we will visit the Museum of Flamenco which belongs to the great dancer and singer Cristina Hoyos, where we will learn more about the origins and history of flamenco. Seville is the perfect city for its flat surface to be explored by bicycle with little effort. We invite you to visit Seville easily at your own cadence. The tour will begin at the main gate of the royal dockyards. From there we will cross the river Guadalquivir, to the Barrio de Triana, Betis street with its fantastic views, Torre del Oro, the Iberian American Exhibition of 1929 with their constructions: Guatemala, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Brazil ... We will enter in the Parque de Maria Luisa, with Plaza Plaza de America and Spain. Then the old Tobacco Factory, the Hotel Alfonso XIII, the Alcazar, the Cathedral, and the City Hall, where our tour ends.
